Whenever anything is build or created, I think it always follows the same general process.  I've boiled it down into 8 basic steps that bridge the gap between conception and execution.  Everything you need to know about leadership is in these steps somewhere, and if you're dissatisfied with your results this is the diagnostic you need. The 8 steps bridge the gap between Purpose, Strategy, and Action.  It works best when done in that order, and for many reasons.  This episode describes the shape and scope of the gap.  In the next episode we'll begin to fill it in.
