The shy, the avoidant and the unsocial

In this episode, Chris looks at research from the Huntsman Senior Games in Utah. It looks at the different levels of loneliness experienced by athletes who are described as shy, avoidant or unsocial. Can running in a group really make us feel more lonely than running alone? Fascinating stuff. We also have quick catchup with Chris as he takes part in his first track session, has an ultrasound scan of his heart and registers for his first 50 miler. Liker at det er både Podcaster (godt utvalg) og lydbøker i samme app, pluss at man kan holde Podcaster og lydbøker atskilt i biblioteket.
