episode Sarah Kessous: Living with *Stage 4* Colorectal Cancer for *9 years* artwork

Sarah Kessous: Living with *Stage 4* Colorectal Cancer for *9 years*

Sarah generously shares what her life has been like living with stage 4 colorectal cancer for 9 years including: What it was like to initially be diagnosed How her life has changed What she has learned, how she has found her voice How she courageously feels her feelings Radical remission How she turns towards death instead of away when having children Practices she’s learned to cope What she thinks happens when we die Update: Sarah texted me later in the evening after this interview and wanted to convey that her responses at the time of this interview were coming from the place of her higher self, and that this level of clarity isn't always there for her. I found it to be so incredibly generous that she wanted anyone who listens to know how hard it can be for her at times so that they don't feel alone in that suffering.

Hospice Maui CEO Greg LaGoy

I talk with Hospice Maui CEO Dr. Greg LaGoy. Greg also happens to be a naturopathic physician and a former Navy pilot among many other things. episode Feeling Regret? Listen! artwork

Feeling Regret? Listen!

In this episode, I share an exercise from my book to explore regret and refer to Bronnie Ware's "The Top Five Regrets of the Dying" ...How would your life be different if you lived with mindfulness of your own inevitable death? Instead of that being a morbid question, the answer to it may be the most powerful means to get your actions in line with your truest priorities. Alive for Now is beyond a book, it is a guided journey in using action-based practices for thriving in life that are otherwise quite easily diverted for a lifetime. An unexpected and refreshing method for living a life of authenticity, contentment, presence, courage, and resilience.

Liker at det er både Podcaster (godt utvalg) og lydbøker i samme app, pluss at man kan holde Podcaster og lydbøker atskilt i biblioteket.
