Jason Anderson is a late deafened adult that has experienced many forms of hearing loss throughout his life. He found his calling and purpose in disability services. He worked for a decade at the University of Wisconsin as an access specialist for students who were deaf and hard of hearing, and he recently made the decision to leave UW M for another opportunity with the State of Wisconsin Office for Deaf and Hard of Hearing, where he is a program and policy analyst. Colleen and Julie talk to Jason about his work helping college aged deaf and hard of hearing students transition to college and advocate for themselves on campus.

Something unique about her is that she grew up hard of hearing herself. She was fitted with hearing aids at 3 years and now utilizes bilateral cochlear implants. She is creator of Mama Hu Hears, a safe space to share, laugh, learn and inspire others about living life with hearing loss Wendy and Colleen talk to Michelle about how she helps families navigate their children’s hearing loss journey with the unique perspective as both a deaf woman and a pediatric audiologist.

Scott is a member of the MED-EL HearPeers family, receiving his MED-EL implant in 2015. Scott's professional background includes a wide range of experience in aviation, airlines, and construction. Personally, Scott is an avid traveler with 30 countries visited, and experiences ranging from a solo trip to the Taj Mahal, to a backpacking excursion deep into the Alaskan backcountry. Scott loves to share his passion for travel and expanding one's perspective. Scott lives in Colorado with his fiance Emily. Wendy and Colleen talk to Scott all about traveling with hearing loss: the challenges, the joys and the hacks he’s discovered along the way!
