Les mer Delicious Dignity

Delicious Dignity is what arrival looks like. It's what all the seeking, the work, the battles, & wounding were always moving toward. This is a women's spirituality and divine feminine podcast for women who are done seeking and ready to live. Embodied spirituality for real life. Not transcendence, not endless insight, but the unglamorous yet gorgeous work of actually living what you know.We cover the territory most spirituality podcasts skip: intuitive living, addressing evil, inner mothering, agape love, unapologetic self-respect, the everyday true feminine, and the kind of language that finally makes sense of what you've been seeing and feeling but couldn't name. Including the work of moving away from patriarchy - and toward a model of the feminine that is mature, grounded, and entirely your own.A strong sense of dignity is our greatest strength and our most powerful immune system against life's challenges. That's the heartbeat of this show.Hosted by Dilshad Mehta - intuitive coach with over a decade of experience, and one of the only Indian and Zoroastrian (Parsi) women podcasting anywhere in the world.Every episode offers practical guidance, ritual, and reflection to move you from knowing to living - with clarity, stability, and dignity.Recurring series: the Feminine, Intuition Training, Rose Mysteries, Journaling Rituals, and Body Wisdom Rituals. All content in the episodes is original (aka no AI).▼New episodes every 2 weeks on Sunday morning or whenever the inspiration hits! Make this your Sunday ritual.▼Questions? Requests for Future Episodes? Want to say hi? Send me a text or voicemail! (your number is private & I cannot see it).

episode Rose Mysticism 4 - Planting the Internal Eternal Mother cover

Rose Mysticism 4 - Planting the Internal Eternal Mother

This fourth session of the Rose Podclass explores the spiritual meaning of the rose through the mother (the oldest archetype) as the source of all true strength. This is me wishing you happy Mother's Day in the most meta sense possible. Because the inner mother is the foundation everything else is built on.  Inside this session: * The episode opens with a channeled rose contemplation * The uncorrupted and corrupted qualities of the mother archetype — and how to recognize both in yourself * The mother wound across four levels: personal, cultural, spiritual, and planetary (based on Bethany Webster's framework) * A powerful three-part ritual to identify your current inner mother, define the one you need, and begin planting her within you * The episode closes with a final blessing from the rose. ▼ 20:40 Mark Correction: I said "headless figure".  I meant "disembodied head". ▼ Reference Episodes: * Episode 27 [https://www.buzzsprout.com/2463564/episodes/18091209] - Rose Mysticism 3: Unlocking the Power of the Prostitute Archetype * Episode 21 [https://www.buzzsprout.com/2463564/episodes/17887649] - Rose Mysticism 2 - Reclaiming Your Sensual Divinity * Episode 14 [https://www.buzzsprout.com/2463564/episodes/17515981]- Rose Mysticism 1 – Practicing Heaven on Earth https://www.buzzsprout.com/2463564/fan_mail/new ▼ 🌹 Join the Weekly Delicious Dignity Missives [https://www.dilshadmehta.com/newsletter]- every week receive exclusive, bite-sized, actionable intuitive insights straight to your inbox. ▼ 🌹 Questions? Accidentally On Purpose: Building Beloved Local Businesses with Makenzie Sulfaro

I learned so much from this episode! Makenzie Sulfaro had a couch, a draining job, a best friend who said "just do it" &.....she listened. This episode is for women who are sitting on a dream they keep waiting to perfect before they start. From child psychiatry to being a multiple fitness studio owner, she did all of this during covid with a newborn. Makenzie now owns three Pilates studios and a gym in Arizona, and almost none of it was planned. Makenzie embodies 'going with the flow' in a way that's rare, and I love how this episode mirrors that! We start off talking about intentional bathroom amenities and then we ended with her gushing about her husband. Ha! Inside this session: 1. On Right Standards: Why "good enough" is the wrong standard & what standards to aim for instead when starting a local business from scratch (excellent wisdom for recovering perfectionists!) 2. On Integrity & Compromise: How to know when you're forcing something vs when it's actually meant to be. Brick and mortar business tips for women nobody talks about.  3. On Business Strategies & Being Prolific: What it takes to build a physical business with no experience & no grand master plan - including boundaries with customers and putting community first 4. On AI & Online Businesses: The role tech currently plays and will play in the future in Makenzie's businesses 5. On Having a Kind (& Hot) Husband: After being twice divorced, Makenzie describes a real & raw unfolding of her finding her partner who builds her up rather than makes her feel small ▼ * Sultivate Website [https://sultivate.com/] * Makenzie's Instagram [https://www.instagram.com/makenzie.pilates/] * Sultivate Studio Instagram [https://www.instagram.com/sultivate/] ▼ Go Deeper in Your Listening: 1. episode Do You Feel Like You Have to Earn Love? cover

Do You Feel Like You Have to Earn Love?

It took a virtual pet app to show me how exhausted I was from trying to deserve love. This episode is for the high-achieving woman who has been dangling the carrot in front of her own face for too long. I share how rewarding yourself for just existing (before the task, before the finish line) can dissolve the internal critic and restore your motivation from the inside out. Inside this session: 1. Maslow's hierarchy of needs — and the one rung most high-achieving women skip entirely on their way to the top 2. How five dysfunctional forces (hustle culture, the internal critical mother, scarcity mindset, patriarchy, & ancestral generational trauma) keep women locked in the cycle of trying to deserve love 3. A simple, private ritual to identify where you've been earning love and how to gently pull back ▼ Reference Episodes:  Episode 38 — What I'm Loving Right Now: Real Self-Care, Money, and Dignity [https://www.buzzsprout.com/2463564/episodes/18630368] ▼ Reference App - Finch App. Friend code - CNLPF24ZLY https://www.buzzsprout.com/2463564/fan_mail/new ▼ 🌹 Join the Weekly Delicious Dignity Missives [https://www.dilshadmehta.com/newsletter]- every week receive exclusive, bite-sized, actionable intuitive insights straight to your inbox. ▼ 🌹 Questions? episode The Art of Being Visible: Slowly, gently, peacefully healing the visibility wound cover

The Art of Being Visible: Slowly, gently, peacefully healing the visibility wound

We've done the vision boards, lit the candles, pulled the cards — and still never showed up to the table to play. This episode is for those who are ready to step into the dignity of being seen, while knowing that you don't owe anyone your presence. The visibility wound is one of the most quietly devastating & self-sabotaging things I witness. Inside this session: 1.Why comfort is not your intuition or an indication of being right — it's just habit, and how mistaking the two keeps you invisible 2. 6 real fears driving the visibility wound — from fear of judgment and being mis-associated to the pain of not being loved as you truly are 3. A gentle, gradual, practical progression for building visibility across body, mind, spirit, and emotions — at your own pace | Reference Episodes: * Episode 35 - When You Can't Believe In Your Own Dreams [https://www.buzzsprout.com/2463564/episodes/18528562] https://www.buzzsprout.com/2463564/fan_mail/new ▼ 🌹 Join the Weekly Delicious Dignity Missives [https://www.dilshadmehta.com/newsletter]- every week receive exclusive, bite-sized, actionable intuitive insights straight to your inbox. ▼ 🌹 Questions? episode Reclaiming Your Claws - What Evil Really Is (And Isn't) cover

Reclaiming Your Claws - What Evil Really Is (And Isn't)

With everything going on with the Epstein files and our recent awareness of Deepak Chopra, I thought it was time to do an episode on evil. For too long, evil has been the domain of religion or trauma psychology. Today we're reclaiming it as common sense. Today we're gonna stop spiritually bypassing. Today we're going to stand up against those who tell us to love it or show it compassion or understand it away. This episode is not about depressing you. There's enough of that in the world. Instead, this episode is about giving you your claws and fangs back - perfectly natural instruments of your dignity. Here's what you can expect from this episode: 1. How spiritual bypassing has affected our basic common sense when recognizing manipulation and control 2. Why the feminine is especially competent to handle evil  3. Defining evil in no uncertain terms and why being good feeds evil 4. Knowing what evil is not (trauma or ignorance) 5. The primary tool and method of evil and identifying ‘predatory’ behavior 6. Liker at det er både Podcaster (godt utvalg) og lydbøker i samme app, pluss at man kan holde Podcaster og lydbøker atskilt i biblioteket.
