episode Memorize 1 John 5:12 cover

Memorize 1 John 5:12

Press play, repeat after me, and let’s memorize 1 John 5:12 together—“Whoever has the Son has life; whoever does not have the Son of God does not have life.”   This verse reminds us that true life is not found in ourselves, our accomplishments, or even our religious efforts. Life is found in a Person—Jesus Christ. To have the Son is to have eternal life, because Jesus Himself is the source of life.   Notice how clear and direct John is. He doesn’t leave us guessing or wondering where life can be found. God has made it known plainly: outside of Christ there is no eternal life, but in Christ there is full and everlasting life for all who believe in Him.   If we are in Christ, we do not need to live in fear or uncertainty. Eternal life is not something distant we are trying to reach someday—it is something we already possess through union with Jesus. Our confidence rests not in how perfectly we hold onto Him, but in the fact that He holds onto us.   As you memorize this verse, picture yourself resting securely in Christ, the One who gives life freely to His people. Not striving to earn His acceptance, not anxiously trying to prove yourself worthy, but abiding in the Son who has already accomplished everything necessary for your salvation.   Let this verse remind you that God’s promise is steady and true. If you have the Son, you have life—real life, eternal life, secure forever in Him.   More resources: https://faithsteadjourney.com/know-by-heart/ [https://faithsteadjourney.com/know-by-heart/]   Watch the episode here: https://youtu.be/_CqmVoVDxhI [https://youtu.be/_CqmVoVDxhI]   💛 Don’t forget to like, subscribe, and share, so you never miss a verse.

episode Memorize 1 John 5:11 cover

Memorize 1 John 5:11

Press play, repeat after me, and let’s memorize 1 John 5:11 together—“And this is the testimony, that God gave us eternal life, and this life is in his Son…”   This verse reminds us that eternal life is not something we earn, achieve, or work our way toward—it is something God gives. And it is not found anywhere else except in Jesus. God Himself has testified to this truth, and His testimony is sure.   If we are in Christ, we are not hoping to someday have eternal life—we already have it. Our confidence doesn’t rest in how strong we are or how faithful we feel, but in what God has declared to be true: life is found in His Son.   As you memorize this verse, picture yourself receiving what God has freely given—eternal life in Jesus—and resting in it with open hands. Not striving, not wondering, not earning… but trusting the finished work of Christ.    Let it remind you that you are not uncertain or overlooked. God has spoken clearly, and His gift is secure. If you have the Son, you have life—and that life is yours in Him.   More resources: https://faithsteadjourney.com/know-by-heart/ [https://faithsteadjourney.com/know-by-heart/]   Watch the episode here: https://youtu.be/RUY1c3iq0_E [https://youtu.be/RUY1c3iq0_E]   💛 Don’t forget to like, subscribe, and share, so you never miss a verse.

episode Memorize 1 John 5:15 cover

Memorize 1 John 5:15

Press play, repeat after me, and let’s memorize 1 John 5:15 together—“And if we know that He hears us in whatever we ask, we know that we have the requests that we have asked of Him…”   This verse reminds us that prayer doesn’t end with being heard—it continues with trust. If God hears us, we can be confident that He is already responding. Not always in the way we expect, but always in the way that is best. Our confidence isn’t in getting exactly what we ask for—it’s in knowing that God is at work.   As you memorize this verse, picture yourself placing your prayers into God’s hands and leaving them there—trusting Him not just to hear you, but to answer with wisdom, care, and purpose. Let it remind you that you are not overlooked, your prayers are not wasted, and God is always faithfully responding in ways that are better than you can see.   More resources: https://faithsteadjourney.com/know-by-heart/ [https://faithsteadjourney.com/know-by-heart/]   Watch the episode here: https://youtu.be/TNh_GR8PIUw [https://youtu.be/TNh_GR8PIUw]   💛 Don’t forget to like, subscribe, and share, so you never miss a verse.

Memorize 1 John 5:14

Press play, repeat after me, and let’s memorize 1 John 5:14 together—“This is the confidence we have before Him: if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us…”   This verse reminds us that prayer isn’t about getting our way—it’s about trusting God’s way. We’re invited to come to Him with confidence, bringing our requests honestly, while also surrendering them to His perfect will. He isn’t distant or uninterested—He is listening, attentive, and fully aware of what is best for us.   As you memorize this verse, picture yourself coming before God with open hands—sharing your heart, your desires, and your needs, while trusting Him with the outcome. Let it remind you that you are heard, that your prayers matter, and that God is always working in wisdom and love, even when the answer looks different than you expected.   More resources: https://faithsteadjourney.com/know-by-heart/ [https://faithsteadjourney.com/know-by-heart/]   Watch the episode here: https://youtu.be/8Xk3JEBdDbw [https://youtu.be/8Xk3JEBdDbw]   💛 Don’t forget to like, subscribe, and share, so you never miss a verse.

episode Memorize Hebrews 4:16 cover

Memorize Hebrews 4:16

Press play, repeat after me, and let’s memorize Hebrews 4:16 together—“Let us then with confidence draw near to the throne of grace…”   This verse reminds us that prayer isn’t distant or difficult—it’s an open invitation into God’s presence through Jesus Christ. Because of our High Priest, we are welcomed, not rejected; received, not turned away. We don’t come in fear or hesitation, but in confidence, knowing we are truly invited.   As you memorize this verse, picture yourself approaching the throne of grace and finding God already there—faithful, near, and ready to help. Let it remind you that you are never alone and never abandoned. Bring your needs, your weakness, and your burdens to Him, trusting that He is always present and always sufficient.   More resources: https://faithsteadjourney.com/know-by-heart/ [https://faithsteadjourney.com/know-by-heart/]   Watch the episode here: https://youtu.be/RROn9GAWt0M [https://youtu.be/RROn9GAWt0M]   💛 Don’t forget to like, subscribe, and share, so you never miss a verse.

Liker at det er både Podcaster (godt utvalg) og lydbøker i samme app, pluss at man kan holde Podcaster og lydbøker atskilt i biblioteket.
