episode The Power of Community (Why I Keep Coming Back to This Yoga Studio) cover

The Power of Community (Why I Keep Coming Back to This Yoga Studio)

In this episode, I'm picking up right where we left off. Last episode I told you the story of how yoga found me — today I'm telling you why I never stopped showing up. This one is about community. The real kind. The kind that empowers you, uplifts you, and answers the questions you were too scared to ask out loud. I talk about what kept me coming back to the studio, the power of surrounding yourself with like-minded people, and why if you can't find your community — it might be time to build one. I also share the story of how volunteering at National Night Out had me nervous , how my mentor pushed me anyway, and how showing up anyway led to a connection I'm still building with today. If you've been feeling isolated, stuck, or like you're doing this healing work alone — this episode is for you. Topics covered: - Why community is non-negotiable for growth and healing - The power of showing up scared - How mentorship prepares you for your own path - Creating safe spaces when none exist - Shoutout to Spiritual Essence Yoga & Wellness Center, Mindfull Healing Collective and Bryson Carr co founder of the DMV Dojo Upcoming Events: June 13th — FREE Community Event: Meditation + Yoga Flow + Sound Bath @ Spiritual Essence Yoga and Wellness Center, 2:30 PM https://www.spiritualessenceyoga.com/class-schedule June 19th — Sound Bath Retreat in Annapolis, MD, 6:30–7:30 PM Tickets at https://www.eventbrite.com/e/exhale-friday-night-sound-bath-relaxation-at-a-private-oasis-tickets-1987706320111?aff=oddtdtcreator Support The Mission — join us at Aligned DC for Sound Bath Sunday every Sunday at 12:15 PM. https://calendly.com/sunnilove/yinyasa-yoga-class-clone?utm_id=97760_v0_s00_e0_tv3_a1denngyb41eji&back=1&month=2026-05 Follow Raise Your FreequenC wherever you listen to podcasts.

episode How Yoga Found Me (From Burnout to Purpose) cover

How Yoga Found Me (From Burnout to Purpose)

I was making money, working in tech, doing what I thought I was supposed to do — but internally, I felt stressed, disconnected, and unfulfilled. One day, after work, I went for a walk… and something told me to take a different path. That one decision led me into a yoga studio — and that moment changed the trajectory of my life. In this episode, I share how yoga found me, how it shifted my mindset, and how it led me into a deeper journey of self-awareness, healing, and purpose. If you’ve been feeling stuck, stressed, or unsure about your path… this episode is for you. We talk about: • Burnout and feeling lost even when things look “good” on paper • Following your intuition and trusting the unknown • My first yoga experience and why it hit different • Chakras, awareness, and the start of my healing journey • How I began reconnecting with myself • What it means to step into your purpose Sometimes all it takes is one decision… one turn… one moment of listening to yourself. episode AAA: Awareness, Accountability, Acceptance → Alignment cover

AAA: Awareness, Accountability, Acceptance → Alignment

In the last episode, we explored awareness — and I shared that we’d be coming back to accountability and acceptance. This episode is that continuation. In this conversation, I break down how awareness, accountability, and acceptance naturally lead to alignment — not something you force, but something that emerges when you stop running from what you feel. I get real about what I’m learning in real time: that healing isn’t just about identifying emotions or understanding the lesson — it’s about feeling emotions all the way through. Pain, grief, anger, and discomfort don’t need to be fixed. When fully felt, they naturally move through the body. We talk about emotional conditioning — especially how many of us were never taught how to process emotions. Instead, we were taught to suppress them, push past them, or “get out of our feelings.” Over time, that conditioning trains the nervous system to shut down. This episode explores how learning to feel — instead of suppress — helps regulate the nervous system, and how breath and sound can be used as practical tools to support emotional processing and integration. I also reflect on inner child healing, reprogramming the subconscious mind, and how becoming aware of early emotional patterns allows us to take accountability for how we’ve been moving, accept where we are, and consciously choose a new way forward. A central truth in this episode is simple but confronting: no one is coming to save you in the physical realm. While support exists, the responsibility to do the work belongs to you. Alignment comes when you stop waiting and start choosing yourself. This episode opens and closes with breathwork and sound to support nervous system regulation and integration. If you’re ready to stop suppressing, stop rushing, and start embodying your healing, this conversation is for you. Tune in. Tap in. Transform within.

episode Awareness: The First Shift That Changes Everything cover

Awareness: The First Shift That Changes Everything

In this episode of Raise Your FreequenC, we begin a powerful exploration of three principles that have been actively reshaping my life: Awareness, Accountability, and Acceptance. Today’s focus is Awareness — the ability to observe yourself honestly, without judgment, and without running from what you see. Awareness is where real change begins. Not fixing. Not forcing. Not explaining. Simply seeing. We talk about: • What awareness actually is (and what it isn’t) • How unconscious patterns keep repeating until they’re seen • Why most people try to change without awareness — and why it never sticks • How slowing down, breathing, and being present regulates the nervous system • Why awareness gives you choice instead of reaction This is a grounded, real-time reflection meant to help you tune in, tap in, and transform from the inside out. No perfection. No performance. Just awareness — the first shift that changes everything.

episode How Can You Care for Others if you don’t Care for Yourself? cover

How Can You Care for Others if you don’t Care for Yourself?

In today’s episode, we’re diving into the truth most men were never taught: you cannot provide, protect, lead, or serve from an empty cup. After a grounding sound bowl moment, we walk through 8 powerful ways to love yourself and care for yourself — mentally, emotionally, physically, spiritually, and energetically. These are the exact practices I use as a wellness practitioner, a creative, and a man who had to learn self-love through healing, awareness, and unlearning old programming. We talk about: • Movement as self-care • Journaling to release emotional weight • Recovery, rest, and honoring your body • Energetic maintenance + massage/fascia work • Checking in with yourself (mind + emotions) • Filling your spiritual cup • Therapy + healing modalities • Boundaries, environment, and decluttering I close the episode with powerful reflection questions to help you audit your habits, your energy, your choices, and your direction in life. Remember: the way you treat yourself is how you teach others to treat you. Pour into yourself first — everyone benefits from your overflow.

Liker at det er både Podcaster (godt utvalg) og lydbøker i samme app, pluss at man kan holde Podcaster og lydbøker atskilt i biblioteket.
Bra app. Oversiktlig og ryddig. MYE bra innhold⭐️⭐️⭐️
