Ep. 51 Brandon Takes Me Out of Retirement

Brandon is currently navigating his first year of real estate investing while working a W2 tech sales job. He started his career as an entry-level salesperson at a couple start-ups before joining a Fortune 100 company and rising up the ranks there. He’s been working remotely since 2020 which really ignited his passion for finding ways to make money while being able to travel and being location independent. He explored a couple different side hustles in the digital marketing and social media space before deciding to put all of his focus into off-market real estate. He’s been wholesaling virtually from Chicago into the Charlotte market and is quickly gaining momentum after some early struggles. Favorite quote: The man in the arena - Teddy Roosevelt “It is not the critic who counts: not the man who points out how the strong man stumbles or where the doer of deeds could have done better.
