It’s time to get rid of things and habits that aren’t supporting you.

Another tool to help anyone succeed in starting a meditation practice by using your hands to help increase focus.

By using an intent as a mantra it allows you to refocus on the meditation itself. This time I haven’t added any soft music so you will work to stay in the meditation with the random noises.

Today’s mini meditation is just testing us to laser focus on one thing for just a few breaths, in this case what the air feels like in our nose.
