Send us a direct message [https://www.buzzsprout.com/2285889/fan_mail/new] Return and IRR are often used interchangeably in finance but they don’t always tell the same story. In this episode of The Libinance Podcast, we break down the difference between return, the forms return come in and IRR and explore what each metric actually captures. Gold Reserves & Why it matters…

Send us a direct message [https://www.buzzsprout.com/2285889/fan_mail/new] Ghana’s gold reserves have grown steadily over the past decade, but the pace has accelerated sharply in recent years rising from about 19.5 tonnes in 2023 to over 30 tonnes in 2024, the highest level recorded in that period. According to the central bank, reserves reached 38.04 tonnes by the end of October 2025, driven largely by the establishment of the Ghana Gold Board (GoldBod) and its domestic gold procurement strategy. But what explains this rapid increase… and what does it really mean? In this episode of The Libinance Podcast, we take a closer look at Ghana’s gold reserves, unpack what these numbers truly tell us, why they matter for the broader economy, and how gold fits into Ghana’s evolving financial position in today’s global environment. Liker at det er både Podcaster (godt utvalg) og lydbøker i samme app, pluss at man kan holde Podcaster og lydbøker atskilt i biblioteket.
