I have spent more than two decades working in operations and finance, mostly as a COO. I started this podcast for one simple reason. Operations is often misunderstood. Good operations is not loud. It is steady. Over the years, I learned that the best operators focus on balance. Balance between finance and people, speed and control, growth and stability.
