Hi pal, welcome to Vee's Views x I'm a 25 year old South Asian Gen Z/ Millenial based in Melbourne, just here to impart a few pearls of my "wisdom" growing up in a predominantly westernised culture. I talk about all things romantic relationships, friendships, family, self love, spirituality and the sorts but the difference is- it's delivered in a raw, unfiltered (and hopefully humorous but harsh) reality check kinda way to really shake you into some good old self reflection!! These weekly therapy seshes will really get your brain juices flowing, sis! Enjoy xx

episode 10. Learning to let go of spiralling anxiety and surrender to the Universe/ God/ Higher Powers instead cover

10. Learning to let go of spiralling anxiety and surrender to the Universe/ God/ Higher Powers instead

* Surrender to what is, let go of what was and have faith in what will be. * People expend so much energy trying to make things happen when life is already happening with or without you. The infinite energy surrounding us knows how to make order among chaos. Think about the time when you thought a problem was so big a few years ago and how it has resolved itself now. Things have a way of working out better than we could ever imagine.  * Trying to control situations or the way people perceive us will make us go crazy and insane, heavily impacting on our mental health. We need to learn to accept that we have no control or reign over anyone’s mind as we have none of us have yet fully grasped our own minds yet. * The focus should be on cultivating our own mind to ascend to a state of inner peace rather than trying to place together puzzle pieces of someone else’s brain and trying to make sense of what is going on in there.  DM me on insta @ veesviews.podcast to chat/ provide feedback/ ask me a listener question and hopefully I can help you out sis!   Love, Vee x
