Episode 5: Busting Some Myths!

Conan joins us to reflect on some of the misconceptions about DID that we have seen, heard, and experienced. We decided to try and shed light on some of these myths and promote education!

Episode 4 - Jade's Experiences

This episode is a little different. We have a child alter / trauma holder, Jade, fronting. She shares her experiences as a trauma holder and some information about ANP v EPs. She also gives a short update on our life and why our posting schedule was inconsistent. Mostly, in this episode she opens up about her struggles with being covert and thoughts of telling a close person in our life.

Episode 3: Inner Worlds

In this episode a dissociated Conan (plus a different alter?) Discuss the topic of inner worlds in systems. He talks about differences between inner worlds for each system, purpose of an inner world, and access to the inner world. Through this, he shares facts and his personal experiences.

Benji talks fictives in a Dissociative Identity Disorder system. He dives into what a fictive is, differences between fictives, and validity of fictives. He also shares personal experiences of being a fictive in a system.
