Sit Like Mary | Learning How to Sit Well

In this episode, I’m walking through the story of Mary and Martha and the tension we often feel between doing and being. I’m in a season where I truly believe the Lord is calling me to sit at His feet, to slow down, to listen, and to stop striving the way Martha did. We talk through the scriptures, what I feel the Lord has been gently revealing to me, and how serving Him isn’t wrong—but it’s not meant to come at the cost of intimacy. This is an encouragement for anyone who feels tired, distracted, or pressured to always be doing more. Maybe this is your reminder that choosing to sit with Jesus is not laziness, it’s obedience.
