Les mer Yapper Final Boss

This is a podcast with no niche, no rules, and no pressure to make sense all the time. Some episodes are about life, some about random thoughts, big feelings, small obsessions, and whatever happens to be living rent-free in my head that day. It’s the kind of podcast you put on when you just want to listen to a friend talk—no advice, no pretending, no polished answers. This space is especially for the neurodivergent minds, the overthinkers, the quiet observers, and anyone who’s ever wanted to feel heard without having to explain themselves. If you like honest conversations, gentle chaos, and the comfort of not being alone in your thoughts—welcome. You’re safe here.

episode Why Are Men So Ugly Now? cover

Why Are Men So Ugly Now?

In this episode, I go on a very honest (and slightly chaotic) rant about something that’s been bothering me for a while: the devolution of famous male celebrity looks from the 90s to now. Remember the era of impossibly handsome movie stars? The kind of men who looked like they were carved out of marble and existed on a completely different plane from the rest of humanity? The 90s and early 2000s were full of that kind of larger-than-life heartthrob energy. Movie stars looked like movie stars. They felt unattainable, aspirational, almost mythical. Fast forward to today, and somewhere along the way the vibe shifted. Instead of glamorous, jaw-dropping leading men, it feels like Hollywood is increasingly filled with guys who… look like the dude standing behind you in line at the grocery store. And I have questions. A lot of questions. In this episode I unpack my frustration with how we got here: * When did the cultural standard for male celebrity beauty drop so drastically? * Why did the industry move away from aspirational star power? This is not a scientific analysis. It’s a passionate, slightly petty cultural rant about aesthetics, celebrity culture, and why the era of the unattainable male heartthrob seems to be disappearing.

episode Navigating Life as a Neurodivergent Girlie cover

Navigating Life as a Neurodivergent Girlie

In this episode, I talk about navigating life as a neurodivergent girlie who very likely has ADHD and one of my biggest struggles: interrupting people. Not because I’m rude. Not because I don’t care. But because my brain moves faster than my mouth can regulate, and sometimes the thought feels like it will evaporate if I don’t say it right now. We unpack what it’s like living in a world that rewards linear thinking, lacking empathy, and being cut throat and how exhausting it can be when your brain simply doesn’t operate that way. And yes… in true ADHD fashion, I go on a tangent about capitalism. Because maybe the reason so many of us are overwhelmed, burnt out, depressed, hopeless, and constantly feeling “behind” isn’t just personal failure it’s because of  the system we're forced to live under. It's also billionaires hoarding wealth while the rest of us are told to focus harder and try harder. This episode is messy, honest, a little chaotic and very real. If you’ve ever been told you’re “too much,” “too loud,” or “too distracted,” this one’s for you.

episode Your Culture Is Toxic Too! cover

Your Culture Is Toxic Too!

Culture shapes us. It gives us language, identity, belonging. But here’s the uncomfortable truth: humans are inherently flawed  and because cultures are created by humans, cultures carry flaws too. In this episode, I unpack why not every tradition deserves blind loyalty, why some “that’s just how we do it” practices are actually harmful, and why questioning culture isn’t betrayal, it’s evolution. From toxic norms passed down for generations to the revolutionaries who dared to shake the table, we explore how real progress often begins with discomfort. The people who changed culture didn’t protect it at all costs, they challenged it. This isn’t about rejecting where you come from. It’s about loving it enough to want it better. If you’ve ever felt tension between honoring your roots and honoring yourself, this conversation is for you.

Liker at det er både Podcaster (godt utvalg) og lydbøker i samme app, pluss at man kan holde Podcaster og lydbøker atskilt i biblioteket.
