Season 2: Episode 1 - Work with your wiring.. Stop fighting your operating system!

I think I accidentally ended Season 1. Over the last couple of months, life has given me a lot to think about. Through family therapy, parenting challenges, learning more about ADHD, and simply paying attention to what gives me energy, I've been discovering that maybe the goal isn't to become a completely different person. Maybe the goal is to better understand who we already are. In this Season 2 kickoff, I talk about strengths, weaknesses, giving ourselves grace, protecting our time and energy, and finding ways to succeed that actually fit how we're wired. Your life is not over. And you don't have to be somebody else to move forward.

The In-between: one foot in the old you, one foot in the new you

There’s a space in growth where you’re not who you used to be anymore… but you’re not fully who you’re becoming yet either. And that space can feel messy. In this episode, I talk about what that’s been like for me lately—navigating real-life challenges, setbacks, and the tension between seeing progress and still struggling with the same things.
