Episode 8: The Return

After about a two week hiatus 2Unassisted returns. We reflect on the first two weeks of the season and some of the biggest storylines so far. Zach joins us and tells us how much he has already given up on the Red Sox, but still trashes the Yankees. At the time of recording the Rays just do not lose. a day after recording they lost. PJ took his sweet time editing and is finally putting the episode out, oops. We start a segment giving away the top awards for the week. We reflect on the Pirates strange little run they have put together and Braden and Zach say how unsustainable it is, a bold Shohei and Mike Trout take and so much more in this week's episode! Ep. 7: Opening Day/Season Predictions

It is officially opening day! We take an hour to go through our predictions on the postseason and the yearly awards to go through at the end of the season. We have some bold takes, some really safe takes, and share our excitement about the season that lies ahead. We talk about the new incentives for rookie players and their teams and how they will impact the future of the game. It snowed here but we are not letting that bring the vibes here down. We give a quick shoutout to the listeners and thank them for sticking with us through the offseason. Ep. 6: WBC comes to a close

This 2 for 1 episode features a recording from last week and this week because PJ got sloppy and did not want to edit. We continue having fun talking about the WBC and the epic finale we all got to witness. We talk about Randy Arozarena before the rest of the world very briefly, how good the Japan and USA match up was for baseball, and why the WBC is great for baseball fans. Next week is opening day so we are trying to get a fantasy baseball league filled up, and trying to start a 2Unassisted MLB the Show 23 league for the baseball season. Injuries keep popping up around the league and it is very hard to blame them solely on the WBC, so we mention those a touch. Ep. 5: Backs to the Wall (feat. MIke Russo)

Lots going on in the world of baseball right now. We go into the first round of the WBC. We talk about Japan, Lars Nootbar, the Latin American countries being the most electric baseball on the planet. We make good on our promise to be more focused and energetic in this podcast talking all things. We also talk about some of the news around MLB with the injuries arising during spring training and finally, good friend and teammate Mike Russo to share his thoughts on the Yankees, rule changes, and what he is excited for throughout the season. Ep. 4: Happy Birthday Zach

In this episode of the 2Unassisted Podcast we say hello and goodbye simultaneously to 12:30pm recording times. Episode four was so low energy we recorded it twice. There is not much going on in this episode. We talk about the first look at the new rule changes, some injury reports that affect the WBC and the LA Dodgers. PJ leaves halfway through when Braden talks about Mookie, leading to a good little conversation on the Rule 5 Draft, and then PJ tries to gaslight about only having one door in his room. We close talking about what a POS Mike Trout is for staying with the Angels and not trying to win anything ever. Finally we learn about Zach's Birthday so we wish him well.
