I met Dr. Judith Belton (Dr. Jai) when we were training to become Trauma Recovery Coaches. She is brilliant, warm, charismatic and I had a strong sense she would make a fantastic guest for the show. Now I realize she'd make a great co-host! We cover a variety of subjects and make many notes for future podcasts we want to bring you.
