Episode 7: Addiction. Most people are addicted to something; whether that’s drugs, food, coffee, work, tv, phone, gambling, sex...(you get the picture) although we don’t often talk about our addictions due to shame and embarrassment. There is a huge stigma attached to addiction that needs to be removed if we are going to support each other to heal and grow.
