Hello, dear listener, i has been a while hasnt it, this is one of my passion projects, that i as a mama can only do when i feel settled in myself, when i have something i really want to share and when my heart tells me its time. You see these past 5 years have been a crash and utter breaking open for me, i have moved at least 4 countries, back and forth and i share more about this and the codes i unlocked in my 2 transmissions on www.sacredarttemplec.com and in the second book that is unfolding to be written as we speak. I love my life and finding that each part has a purpose, each inkling something to say, and the more present i am to listen to really listen to what is being said, and i follow my own guided map from my higest divine self, then perhaps i can get closer to why i am here and the higest purpose of my existence, haha only peanuts, i know. Well this is the reason why i share, to connect to the mysteries that lies deep in our being, and to know how to bridge this into being a human, a mother, and simply alive in our time. This episode was done with Cecilie Dawes from Food studio, is a vulnerable journey about her journey through food sensitivities, how that shaped her as a woman through travels to Hawaii where she met with people who taught her the natural way to healing from food sensitivity that broke out into illness as she was consuming processed food, She became lit up by how you could heal naturally, by listening, not just to your body, but the simplicity of staying very close to our natural cycles and nature herself. Then she became a mother, and found how incredibly confronting it became for her as her own daughter had a difficult journey to her first feedings, this made her understand the importance of her own voice, how food and choices affect us on deeper levels. She understood how as sensitives our environment shapes us, and how important it is to use our voices and choice to vote for what we want to see in the world. We talked about the vulnerability around motherhood, and how that also helps us refine our own gift when we allow our sensitivity to become our advantage.
