Thanks to his personality, consistency, fluent mixing technique and unique choice of music, Matush has now become one of the most appreciated DJs on the Polish club scene. After successful releases of his own productions he gained respect also as a producer and remixer – in Poland as well as abroad. His main music genre is House music and is inspired by combining various forms of electronic music, disco funk, jazz, classical. His career began in 1990 as dj in small clubs all around the Poland. He won Polish DMC Mixings Championship in 1996, which allowed him to take place in World DJ Mixing Championships in Rimini, Italy. In the middle of the 90’s he started to gradually change his musical preferences as dj towards house music playing at many huge raves and cyclic events promoting the club culture. Matush soon became a resident DJ in many Polish cult clubs and start his own nights Call Me Baby, Fresh Fruits, Housexy and Magiczna Noc Urodzin become the famous till now. In 1998 Matush release his first mixed cd compilation for Low Pressings Traxx label and first promo 12’' 'OFF-Limit EP’ Since 2001 Matush began regularly working on his own productions and remixes with all House Music lovers. From 2014 also as head of Groove Tom Records his first record label with House and Tech-House music. With his style of music, communicability and many years of experience he finds it easy to move now as dj between styles: from disco house to tech-house sounds. His well known releases and mixing skills give hime a chance to play from London, Ibiza to Moscow in most prestige clubs and open air festivals like Creamfields, Electrocity, Sunrise, Street Parade - Berlin, Electropolis ... check more: booking: djmatush@djmatush.com
