In this one a talk with Mal Sanchez, a Kudo practitioner from the UK. Kudo is a modern martial art that is a hybrid of Karate and Judo. Found in 1981 by Azuma Takashi, it is sometimes describe as a ‘traditional’ MMA. Although popular in Japan, it is virtually unheard of in many places.

Iain is an expert in practical kata bunkai, that is the application of Karate’s traditional movements to fighting and self-defense.
