Amanda and I will pick up from where we left of at Part 1 - "What is fear of death and can you change it?" When Amanda started using some different tools and asking questions about her fears, about death, and about living, the anxiety in her life began to unravel and whole new areas of possibilities began to open up. My next guest, Amanda Holland, is joining me for a 3-part series on a very touchy subject - the fear of death and dying. Amanda had panic attacks about dying since she was 5 years old. She did her best to cope, thinking up strategies along the way, but basically concluded she would have anxiety her whole life! When she came across the tools of Access, this whole area changed dynamically and unexpectedly.  We will talk today about Amanda's story, why it's not uncommon and how she began to change it.
