episode Transitions artwork
Transitions

HVCI helps businesses transition in all stages of work. We also help with transitions in relationships and in life (all apart of business anyway) and we need to be aware of how we manage for ourselves and how we set expectations for others. We discuss transitions strategically and operationally in business - startup to the next phase, pre-seed to money, path to money and also transitions in relationships, business partners, bringing on first employees, home/personal relationships changing as an entrepreneur.

episode Wellbeing as an entrepreneur artwork
Wellbeing as an entrepreneur

We're changing the definition of wellbeing as an entrepreneur. We discuss why it's a core value to HVCI and how each of us defines wellbeing in our lives. The four of us have had this shift in mindset (our past work experiences, COVID, life/family values, etc.) and continue to see how changing our minds is possible. We know talking about this is important to community and mentorship and programming and we whole heartedly believe we must bring this mindset shift around wellbeing into our businesses.
