Sparks Consulting LLC. was founded by Ryan Sparks (former Yale coach) in 2005 with the vision of creating greater environments that encourage both personal and athletic development through rowing. Sparks hosts over 10 camps annually while also providing individual college counseling to junior athletes who are interested in rowing in college.
