Do you struggle making the time to focus on you? It is OKAY to be selfish and I think you should! I hope you can take a few of these things and work them into your DAILY life and habits. It might take time getting use to making a new routine, or talking to yourself different, or identifying what makes you feel good and bad...but it is needed! Have you ever thought twice about how you talk to yourself or think about others? In this episode, we are diving into something I love to do when I was making my shift towards being a more positive individual and just...a better human being.
