Sam the Barber is from Kosovo, former Yugoslovia. He and his siblings became refugees and they split up all over the globe in search of a new start. Sam came to the US to make a new life for himself, and he did that by becoming a barber! I had no idea what the difference between a hair stylist and a barber was, much less what is required of the two. Learning about different people and their backgrounds is so rewarding. Seth Fowler is an industrial designer, and if you have no idea what that means... Don't worry, I didn't either!
