Today I simply read an Instagram post that I came across that took a dumby like me and set me straight on what is occurring with the banking system. I am sure there are better sources, and if you are getting your news from me, well, this might be how we end up in situations like these. Enjoy and subscribe.

One of my biggest pet peeves is seeing someone perform a job, but lacking the work and the grind, the effort that it takes to become great in your field of choice. So today I rant about dietitians who don’t work out on my drive home. I also touch base on what it is to be silently, ashamed, something I feel a lot of people are. Enjoy. Or don’t. I wish I had an excuse as to why I have taken so much time off. I do not. Maybe it is the same reason that people never start the hobbies they want to do. Why is it that we do not follow through with what we say? Start what we know to be good for us? A couple thoughts on that today.
