Michael Salmon is a London based Director, whose short film 'Goodbye Mondays' won the award for Best Short Film and Best Script at the 2008 iFilmFestival. Michael’s love of cinema began at an early age and has remained ever since. In 2011 Michael formed his his production company ‘Front Row Centre Productions’ financing and developing both short and feature films around the world. His experience of working in production helped Michael fulfill a long held ambition when he wrote and directed his first short film ‘Equal Measure’ in 2013. This was followed by his second short ‘Bohemian Like You’ in 2015. Both films screened at festivals across the world and received numerous awards. In 2018 Michael completed his third short film ‘Goodbye Mondays’ which has already been screened at festivals in the UK, US and Australia. Michael is currently working on his debut feature film.

Shannon Stokes is an attorney with a diverse practice experience. Shannon is currently in house at a Houston, Texas based energy company where she serves as the company's Senior Compliance and Employment Counsel. In Shannon's role, she is responsible for advising and counseling HR on various employment law topics, conducting internal investigations, managing litigation, and drafting and training on company policies. Before joining her current company, Shannon practiced complex commercial litigation and government investigations in the Washington, D.C. office of a law firm that is listed in the top 10 of best law firms by Bloomberg an U.S. News. Before that, Shannon began her career clerking for a D.C. Courts Judge, which gave her the opportunity to work on cases covering several areas on law including housing, fraud, criminal cases, and estate disputes. Shannon is passionate about mentoring young attorneys of color and using her legal training and experience to help her community by maintaining a pro bono practice.

Ryan Gresh is the co-founder of The Feel Good Lab, a health and wellness company focusing on modernizing the way that we treat pain. Prior to founding The Feel Good Lab with his father, Ryan has over 10+ years of experience consulting with manufacturing companies in the areas of business development, marketing, supply chain and engineering.

Alice Grandoit is experiential designer and creative strategist that works at the intersections of community development, education, and culture. She has over 10 years+ of experience working with brands – helping them to build awareness through strategic community partnerships. She takes a story-first strategy in her approach with brands, which enables her to identify the most influential stakeholders in new markets to cultivate authentic and diverse brand experiences that contribute and enhance local conversations. Her experience spans continents & cities all over the globe, which include but are not limited to New York, Berlin, Tokyo, & and now Silicon Valley.
