Anderson University's Baptist Collegiate Ministry (BCM), which has shaped the spiritual formation of the campus, is financially supported by the South Carolina Baptist Convention. The Becoming Podcast, a key initiative of BCM, exists to equip the next generation of BCM leaders to step into spiritual leadership. It will inform and teach the future leaders of BCM about the organization's current vision, values, and culture. Each episode of the Becoming Podcast will dive into a different characteristic of a great spiritual leader. Our esteemed guests, who have played a pivotal role in shaping and stewarding BCM's culture, will share their insights. They deeply embody their respective characteristics, serving as living examples for our future leaders. Becoming a great spiritual leader will require embodying the truths discussed and fostering a sense of connection and community.
