Welcome to the second episode of Behind the Lights and Sirens. In this weeks episode, we hear 8 different stories sent in from Emergency Service Workers around Australia. All stories remain anonymous with names and places left out for obvious reasons. In the last couple of weeks the Emergency Service Industry has had some heartbreaking news that is becoming more and more common place. My heart goes out to the families and the members affected by the recent loss's and please, if you are struggling with anxiety or depression know that your are not alone. It really does help to talk to someone. Talking to friends, family or workmates is a great start but there are other avenues such as Beyond Blue 1300 22 4636, Lifeline Australia 13 11 14 or your local GP. Me suscribi con los 14 días de prueba para escuchar el Podcast de Misterios Cotidianos, pero al final me quedo mas tiempo porque hacia tiempo que no me reía tanto. Tiene Podcast muy buenos y la aplicación funciona bien.
