I’m Channing Bailey.
For the last 17 years, I’ve worked with global brands like Nike and American Express, and high-growth startups. I’m Chief Creative Officer at Channing & Company, where we partner with ambitious brands navigating challenges that require both business rigor and creative courage.
And here’s what I’ve noticed from boardrooms to founder war rooms to creative studios at 2 a.m.:

That gap—between ambition and execution—is why this podcast exists.
Most strategists don’t make the work. Most creatives don’t lead the business. I do both. And that dual lens reveals patterns others miss.
This won’t be your typical business podcast with interviews and rigid segments. Think of it more as... notes from the desk. I want this to feel like a conversation, not a lecture. Some episodes will be short meditations on a single idea. Others will unpack frameworks I use with clients.
