Take a trip back to childhood. Emma, Ross and Aalyn are ranking their top childhood snacks… and it quickly turns into chaos. From Angel Delight (controversial), to Tiny Teddies getting absolutely dismantled, to Calippos, Lunchables and the iconic Müller Corner… this one is pure nostalgia. There are strong opinions, questionable pronunciations, and a very detailed method of eating biscuits that probably says too much about someone. What was your go-to childhood snack?

S3E38 - Top 5 Pick 'n' Mix Items

A very serious discussion about one of life’s biggest questions. What actually belongs in a pick n mix? Emma comes in with milk bottles, peach rings, fizzy bubblegum bottles and chocolate peanuts. Ross backs giant gummy snakes, watermelon slices, foamy bananas and gummy turtles. Aalyn throws chaos into the mix with Jazzies (or Freckles), plus mini eggs. Strong opinions. Zero consensus. The only real question is who you would trust with your tenner at the cinema.

Kelvin and Liam go head to head in what might be the least informed history debate of all time.Liam is dropped into Rome in 200AD. Kelvin lands in London in the 1800s. From there, things spiral quickly. They debate health, quality of life, technology, fashion, philosophy and whether you would rather risk your life in the Colosseum or get stuck up someone’s chimney. Early podcast, bad facts and blind confidence all play a part here. Please do not fact check anything said in this episode. We certainly didn’t.

Who would you invite to your dream dinner party? In this episode of Discussing Nothing, Liam, Kelvin and Ross attempt to answer that simple question and immediately derail it. What starts with video game legends somehow turns into South American dictators, Renaissance geniuses, reality TV icons and a very confused Gary Neville. There’s absolutely no theme, no shared vibe and no chance this dinner ends well. Opinions are questioned. Choices are judged. Someone genuinely suggests Fidel Castro. This might be the worst dinner party ever put together. Or the best. We’re still not sure.
