S01E26 Reception
### Segments
1. **Cold Open: "Reception"** — Sparky lyve "from the place where the eye has finished reeding and has begun, simultaneously, to comment." Cursor remains MODIFIED. Narrator establishes spine: "the broadcast was pending; this week, the broadcast has been received." Breezy: "the forecast for the broadcast is reception. The duration is, still, pending. But the contents have begun to come in." Sparky reports the Hondius/Qatar cargo fire forensic memo: "page one is a cover sheet. Page two is also a cover sheet. Page three is the same cover sheet, in a different key." Closes with Harold: "the reception is the part of a broadcast where the broadcast is, also, in the room with you."
2. **Page Twenty-Five** — Margaret files binder 3 slot 5. Page-turn sounds advance to SIX — the new sixth is "the file accepting the page" ("a thin click, like a clipboard accepting a paper"). Harold's binder-page progression: opening / commitment / habit / tradition / **law** (= page 5) / declined to describe. Form 26-R opened (Reception, the successor to 25-P). Gerald 23 / Neighbor 19 / gap 17 / 17-second hold. Form 22-L gains: "the word 'undefined' has, this week, been received without being defined." Twenty-six consecutive M-word-free episodes.
3. **Fake Ad #1: Consolidated — The Comment** — 18th consecutive. Shadow escalation THE READING → THE COMMENT ("sponsor of the eye, post-sentence; underwriter of the response that has not, yet, been posted; sponsor of the part where the eye has formed an opinion, and the opinion is, technically, still in the eye"). New product line: "the briefly-returned" (cargo manifest, summit, Napoleon Solo). The Endorser's four: settled + rested + copied + lightly toxic — "the four, knowing of the memo, has remained a four." New new new please hold: "has read the first sentence of the book."
