how do you know what serves you?

Another week!!! Welcome again to the girls don't cry pod. Today i am talking about the concept of "only keep/do things that serve you". I love this mindset, but what I struggle with knowing what serves me. I think the step before this is to identify who you even are to know what will serve or hurt you. I guess the catch is, who the heck are we and will we ever become a version of ourselves and stay that version? Probably not. Give it a listen and let me know your thoughts!! the ebb and flow of friendships

Welcome to the Girls Don't Cry podcast. So happy you're here!!! I didn't want to do anything too special for the first episode lol. The idea of friendship was heavy on my mind. It is very interesting to me how differently friendships can look in different stages of our lives. As well as, how friendships can come, go, and then return years later. I don't know. Me suscribi con los 14 días de prueba para escuchar el Podcast de Misterios Cotidianos, pero al final me quedo mas tiempo porque hacia tiempo que no me reía tanto. Tiene Podcast muy buenos y la aplicación funciona bien.
