Unbrace to Embrace the Unknowns

This episode is real, raw and current. I think we all have figured it out by now that there’s a massive shift taking place in humanity as well as in our own personal lives and this month it seems to be just a little extreme lol. Change is in the air which means so is the big scary thing we call the “unknown”. In this episode I give you my current experience of it and some perspective shifts and advice on how to handle it a little gentler. It’s tears, lessons from little littlest mustang, and creating beauty from pain. I mean the unknown is only scary because it’s unknown, and it’s only unknown for as long as we chose not to go find out what it actually is. This is your episode to be brave and curious and walk courageously into the known of the future!

Dancing through the dirt

Processing emotions is a 2 part series. Processing alone is wonderful but after you’ve processed them the energy of those emotions settle within our physical bodies like dirt on the floor of a house. In this episode we will be dancing the dirt out of our house. After all everyone loves a clean house, right?!
