On April 30, 2024, I decided I had enough. I walked into the Real America LLC office to get some real answers. At first, I spoke with a receptionist, but eventually, I was told I needed to talk to Charlotte Wilson, one of their employees.
From the moment I sat down, I made it clear—I was there to talk about how I was being treated at Haven Homes, specifically by Rose, the property manager. I told Charlotte everything. Rose had been falsifying noise complaints to get me evicted—all because I confronted her about a late fee that wasn’t even my fault.
