In this Military Appreciation Month episode, we will join Lambda Legal’s Director of Non-binary and Transgender Project, Sasha Buchert, the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s Deputy Director of Litigation, Ami Patel, and author, actor, and activist, Dr. Elijah Nicholas to dive into Trump’s immediate attempt to erase trans people from the military in the federal case, Shilling v.
