The boys open this weeks pod by discussing their upcoming holidays and classic TV shows from the Richard Carpenter stable, Dick Turpin and Robin of Sherwood. Will Jamie be able to stay in the kitchen. Sam Bacon from YouTube Channel Light It Up drops in for a chat, when we discuss shoes, shoe deception, bacon based puns, marathons, trails, running - as well as welcoming a new podcast called The Positive Split, soon to air every Sunday morning. As well as playing 13.1 Questions, Sam turns the tables on the boys who enjoy a little quiz themselves!! The Town and Gown 10K and the Suckley Quarter Marathon get reviewed and take their places on the race ladder of dreams and we are played out by The Indigo Sunsets with "Insignificant".
