Feeling the Future, in the Present

Today, my mic served as my therapist. I was reckoning with feelings that came up after my meditation. I am embarking on a big project where each stage feels like a miracle. The goal feels so close but as far as Pluto. And that distance makes me antsy. The perception of time brings up the spirit of lack, making me think I must accomplish all of it now. My Costar horoscope proclaimed that I am embarking on a lonely journey. I rebuked it at first. But the more I explored my thoughts, I began to understand the type of loneliness I will feel along this journey. It’s a longing for something I can touch consciously, but not physically. Not completely. It’s what I imagine it must be like to feel a child in the womb. There’s a myriad of feelings I am experiencing now. They’re new and colorful. They’re uncomfortable and suffocating. And in simply feeling and witnessing, I am able to go beyond the literal and experience something beyond the here and now. This is a public episode.
