All of the little decisions that we make everyday- big ones, little ones: they can sometimes lead to decision fatigue. We are going to talk about a personal document that you can create that can cut through all of the chaos. What if you had a guiding tool that made your decisions for you ahead of time by knowing which options beat out other options because they aligned with your values. It's a little shortcut to a lighter brain-load in your every day life.

One Good Decision Leads to Another

Did you ever wish that it felt easier to say 'yes' to yourself for those decisions when you WISH that you would decide to do something a certain way for yourself, but you just keep on deciding the other way. Maybe you don't go exercise. Or you keep on giving in to your kids when they whine. Or you say yes- you will go to the event when you don't want to. If there was a hack to make it easier, then you could practice it until even the big decisions felt better to make. Well, there IS a hack and you will learn it today in this episode.
