Who are in their life-long recovery from workplace PTSD and for the Young Black Femmes in Charge, who want to know the true cost of being a Black Boss- without the boss babe, soft life aesthetic propaganda.  You won't find highlight reels here, but, you won't find trauma dumping and perpetual-victim-syndrome either. Off the Cuff & Over the Cliff: Diaries of a Black Female Exec share the good, the great, the bad, and the barely hanging on-- the power moves and panic attacks. Some submissions will be anonymous.
