Our guest today is Dr Ryan Olson, a Professor of Occupational Health Psychology at the Rocky Mountain Center for Occupational and Environmental Health at the University of Utah. During his applied science career, Dr Olson has developed and evaluated many uniquely effective workplace programs to reduce stress, reduce injury, hazards, improve health, promoting behavior such as sleep, exercise, diet and improve well being. He is a charter member of the Society for occupational health psychology, past president of the organizational behavior management network and founding investigator and past co director of the Oregon Health healthy workforce center, which is a NIOSH Center of Excellence for total worker health.  Pace Yourself is produced by and recorded at the College of Science | University of Utah. Today our guest is Charlotte Bell, who has been practicing yoga since 1982, and began teaching in 1986. She has established and taught regular classes along Utah's Wasatch Front, and in California, and Hawaii and also teaches workshops, teacher trainings, and yoga for cancer patients and their families at Huntsman Cancer Institute here at the U. She has taught at national yoga conferences and international yoga teacher trainings, and on women's river trips on the Green and Colorado rivers. Phillip Bimstein

A conversation with Phillip Bimstein.  A former mayor of Springdale, Utah outside Zion National Park, Bimstein is an Emmy award-winning musician and composer threaded through many genres, including classical, experimental, punk rock, and folk music. His alternative classical compositions have been performed by soloists, chamber ensembles and orchestras, at, among other venues, Carnegie Hall, the Lincoln and Kennedy Centers, and the Spoleto and Aspen Festivals, among others. A certified mindfulness teacher, he designs and teaches unique arts and humanities courses at the University of Utah's Honors College. This past summer, he taught at the U's Asia Campus in Korea.
