Ted Rose is a high performing biotech sales leader who has won 13 President's Awards for sales performance. Outstanding coach and leader who has played a key role in the development of numerous team members. Recognized at three separate sales organizations for building positive team culture(s) of performance, development, employee retention and comradery.  He's been in pharma for almost 30 years, 25 of which have been in sales management. Vince Schaeffer currently leads the Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) team across the entire enterprise of a major pharmaceutical company.  This includes 9 therapeutic areas that his team supports.  Overall, Vince is a driven Commercial Senior Leader with extensive product launch experience, focusing on flawless execution and results; documented history of high performance with Neuroscience launch brands. Susan Concordia just graduated from Saint Joseph's University where she majored in Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Business, and minored in International Business. She is passionate about pursuing a career in pharmaceutical and medical device sales. On campus, Susan served as the VP of Marketing for the Pharmaceutical Industry Leaders of Tomorrow (PILOT), held the role of Director of Merchandising for Alpha Phi, was an active member of the Sales Excellence Group, and played on the Women’s Club Soccer team.   The podcast series' ongoing co-host is Jon Evoy.
