As a woman in business, I found a lot of value in our discussions about our career. Not only is Devon a super sweet, awesome loan officer, she is a hard working, single mom, who is passionate about helping others. We dive a little into her favorite loan program by CalHFA called the Forgivable Equity Builder Loan Program, where buyers get free 10% assistance on their down payment.
