the alignment | purpose, perseverance, & personal legend

as i close out this month, i found myself reflecting on what i’ve been reading and how it’s been shaping my perspective on purpose, perseverance, and what it really means to move with intention. in this episode, i talk through my experience reading the alchemist (paulo coelho) and man’s search for meaning (viktor frankl), and how both stories, in very different ways, point back to the same idea: that purpose isn’t always something we find, but something we commit to, even in uncertainty. i also share what purpose means to me right now, how i’ve been thinking about personal legends, and the role mental fortitude plays when life doesn’t look the way we expected. this episode is also a bit of a pivot point. i speak on opening the door for future guest conversations and the idea of building something more collaborative through this platform. i’m also exploring the idea of starting a book club, where we can come together, share what we’re reading, and have real discussions around it. interested in being part of a future conversation or joining the book discussions? i’ll be opening up space for guests and community participation soon. feel free to reach out or stay tuned for more details. as always, take what resonates, question what doesn’t, and don’t be afraid to revise along the way. • r. the inception | who i am & what i value

as i write this, i feel an immense sense of pride, as well as relief. not only because putting this out is a highlight of my year that has been nothing if not anxiety-inducing. but also because it marks the beginning of something special. this platform will be a space for my inner self to expand, while cultivating a community of like-minded thinkers who will go out into the world & make it their own. my hope with this passion project is to encourage & educate people into the unknown, the uncomfortable, the unseen; yet to never be afraid of the vision. i believe that we all have innate gifts, ready to be realized. sometimes, all we need is a spark; a push in the right direction. with this new light, we can begin to rebuild, recreate, reshape, reinvent, realign, & refine our lives as well as the world around us! i hope this journey will be as fulfilling for you as it will be for me. don’t be afraid to revise along the way! after all, the final chapter is yet to come. * r.
