🎥 Behind the scenes of our TDOR episode, we had a powerful teachable moment. 🌈 During filming, our director misgendered one of our participants. Instead of reacting, we paused to create a space for understanding and education about nonbinary pronouns and identity. This clip reminds us that even in moments of discomfort, there’s an opportunity to grow and deepen our respect for one another. Learning to honor people’s identities is an ongoing process, and showing compassion while correcting mistakes is essential to fostering inclusivity.
