Journal Series Part 1: 2004

What were you up to in 2004? I take you through my life and journals 17 years ago when I was 19 years old, freshman in college, just got a cell phone, trying to figure out what to study, who to date, and how to balance it all. We focus on reflecting on my journal through the lens of recognizing growth. Surprisingly, some of the same goals I had then, I have now with a little more open-mindedness and self-awareness. This provides proof that writing your life down can help you look back with awareness, not regret, so you can move forward with clarity. This series will continue until the end of the year.

Everyone talks about how beneficial journaling is and I will explain how it has transformed my life starting 21 years ago filling over 20 journals. I'll read one of my journal entries from 2015 and give you some tips on how to reflect on your past journals. Letter to My Body
