Prior to joining Yankwitt LLP, Alicia honed her litigation skills at global law firm Shearman & Sterling and national law firm Patterson Belknap Webb & Tyler, where she successfully represented a foreign manufacturing company in a bet-the-company litigation against its joint venture partner and defended multinational companies in Lanham Act and false advertising class action lawsuits.
