Family No Feud!

Therapy, Trauma's and Triumph!

On today's episode I have one of my friends joining me as a reoccurring guest to talk about the importance of therapy. In Our culture as African Americans therapy was something that wasn't deemed to be so good and more so something that could come in, shake shit up and   further ruin our lives. Trauma , generational curses or what have you is something that lots of people suffer from especially in my community. The Black community. From toxic masculinity, Narcissistic Mother's, Sexual abusive family members, suicidal thoughts or actions and undiagnosed conditions that go unspoken about and unresolved. Im happy to say I'm breaking those curses and healing my trauma.
